Dodge Ram Quad 1500 Sub Issues

I have an issue with several variables. The issue is fitting 2 - 12" subs into my new truck. It is an 05 dodge quad cab. The problem is the space.

This is where I am at so far.

I am looking at purchasing a MDF box from musicmooseaudio.com, because I have had bad box building experience in the past, it is a reasonable price, easy install and removal. To sum it up I am just lazy.

I am looking a getting 2 audiobahn awp312t subs. The reason they are supposed to have a mounting depth of only 4.5", but I beleive the magnet is 7.4" in diameter though. I am not sure on this and could use help finding out.

I am looking at getting an audiobahn a2502dp amp. I will be powering both subs. I will have to keep the power down to reduce distortion since it is underpowered and add another later. I still have a space issue with this.

Any suggestion on the project as a whole pieces of it or whatever are greatly apperciated.

Well first off your driving a dodge in Texas, this is Ford country..

second.. dont get Audiobahn.. bad bad bad.. well.. they are good at making 'noise'

I would go with some Alpine Rs or Ss and oooo maybe a soundstream amp..

as far as the box just make sure its within Aplines specs.. which for a sealed box is pretty easy to get..

go to http://www.proboxrocks.com and they ahve enclosures that go under the seat...we have a Dodge dually, 4 door two vehicle and we put two Solo 10's under the rear seat off and SX1250, so 1300-1500 watts and it slams...no need, IMHO, for 12's...

Or just eliminate the entire back seat area..like me! I still have the box that went under my rear seat that fits 2 10's. It has 2 JL 10W0's in it. You wont be able to fit a 12 back there unless you use only 1 and take up the whole under seat area..

I am hoping I can get a 12" in there. That is the main reason I was looking at the Audiobahn. The sealed airspace needed is just .5 ft^3. The one I was looking at had that 4.5" mounting depth. My biggest setback in that truck is the space, but i don't want to remove the seats. Maybe I will jsut have ot go with 2 - 10"s
