I don't want to shuck out $170 for a box when i could build it myself easily...

I did a search In this subforum and the build log subforum but found nothing.

I also search through the dodge ram 3g forum... nothing...

My truck is a 03 Ram 1500 Quad cab

any other previous experiences tips suggestions etc??

no way that would work, i have about 1.34 cubes sealed right now where my center console was. And to the op, fiberglass is your best bet to get the most space for a lower seat replacement. i got about .85 after displacemnet and was running an IDQ 12.

i can get you pics of both but it wont be till the weekend, the lower half replacement box is contoured to look like an actual seat. if you have any questions with the truck you can pm me and ill point you in the right direction.

Well, I'd like to know your theory of why it wouldn't work.. It seems to work well for the guy that owns it. He's only got 500watts to power it till tax return but it still seems to work fairly well. Although console boxes aren't always that good anyways. The owner of it likes it.

not really saying it wont work but i doubt thats more than 1.5-1.7 cubes ported. wouldnt a 9512 need more airspace than that?

Here it is....1 @ 10" L7 kicker. Itty bitty 250 JL powering it.

This was a "stealth" install, minor thump, stock equipment. Works fine for the cost.

Just under 1CuFt if I remember correctly. Lined it with poly to help out.
