Just wondering, any of you guys built a box for a megacab? If so could you post some pics, and any ideas on design would be much appreciated. Oh yeah the box i build will be for 2 12" IDQ subs.

http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=273645&highlight=mega+cab has a bit of info on a build. Shouldn't be too hard to build a suitable box for that truck. Are you looking to go ported or sealed? If you can get some max dimensions someone here could easily whip up a little design for you. Not sure where you got your amps mounted currently but with a sealed box behind the seats you might have enough room to mount your amps back there as well if your interested.

The box that i have in there now is the same shape as the one in the other thread, but bigger. 1.1 cu ft per sub sealed with the amps mounted to the box. To me it doesnt hit hard at all. It hits the high notes allright i guess but on the low notes you cant even feel it. Do you think a downfire box might sound better?
