Well here i am, not even sure how long its been, today i heard tweeters in my car out the ear. Very very toned down but i think it might be starting to come back. Wish it would stop causeing headaches and **** discharge

I popped my ear on a customers car once and it hurt like hell. I bought some natural oil like substance ant Walgreen I think and it helped allot with the pain. It healed but I still get the ring every once in a while. I almost sent that kid to the hospital. I had done 2 12" re sx in a ported enclosure with an amp to each and when i had the radio paused during tuning I stuck my head in the trunk to change a setting and he un-paused it with my head a couple of inches from the box and in the trunk yeah ouch. I hope you get as lucky as me and it comes back.

The first thing I thought when I saw this post, was of all the videos on youtube with guys doing demos in vehicles way over 150+ dbs and also for the bass chicks that stick their heads in the windows so they can show a hair trick... ****, how do they handle it? Can you call that a "well trained" ear? I wonder sometimes if some peoples ears are more "used" to high spl...

Update: Yeah my ears must not like high spl, cant be that loud though, maybe mid 40's. Oh well i have a saz-2500 on 2 sa 15's now. Lets see how my ears like that when it gets done.

Give the the dimensions of your enclosure? How the fuuuq did you fit a box for 2 15s in our trunk? The one for my 12" XFLs barely fit.

well, cant remeber off top my head. But let me put it this way. I had to cut metal and remove seats to get it in. its wedged as wedged gets. carpet came out, was the only way.
