Im new to this site and car audio i was wonder if a cerwin vega 15 stroker and a rockford fosgate bd1000 would sound decent together or if anyone could suggest a better amp for me. I will be putting this in a 2000 Chrysler LHS

Its going to sound like complete shit. Strokers are designed for one thing and one thing only. Loudness. They have VERY VERY VERY little quality. You could gain a little by throwing it in a sealed box, or a small ported box tuned low, but its still going to sound like sh1t.

ive never heard of a stroker sounding good. well then again u just said it was made for SQ, soo i guess they just **** at making subs.

umm I have never seena stroker in a single SQ set up, it is not really a true driver, it is more like a floating baffel, it is one hella loud SPL sub,if it took more power it would still be at the top, but I have seen it in a few daily drivers, and it will pound hard!!! with the RF amp
