He says they are hoping for 160+.

hope all ya want, that's a big cabin for 2 subs to pressurize. Of course, it could be walled.

thats one of those "you won't know till you turn it on" type deals, it could, it couldn't...i've seen single 15" setups that broke 150 db's on a tl mic on the windsheild in a burban, so 160 might be possible, thats a pretty big number to be hopin for though.
