you can get a house for nothing down sometimes, re paint it, fix the fence, plant some flowers etc, and sell for profit

make sure you keep your credit score good and i dont think there is a better job anywhere?
Dont you get stuck with houses though? Or are you sure to get ones that will sell?

Yah... I have a bad feeling somethin I go into will be out of date in not to long, because I just know cars, at least gas running cars, will be coming to an end soon, computers are probbly gonna go for a big overhaul as well... Times are gonna be changing soon. Oh well Ill figure it out. Thanks for the info, and keep it coming guys! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Soon as in the next 100+ years, true. Next 50yrs, I dont think so. Until that happens you can more then make enough money in that field, but thats upto you.

my job is terrible.

only work on the weekends because of school.

I work in Golf Maintenance at Orange Lake Country Club 45 Minutes away from my house.

I have to wake up @ 4:30 in the GD morning to get there by 5:45 like I am supposed to.

I am 16 and wake up @ 4:30 in the morning to go to work, WTF.

Only upside is the great holiday pay, and the pay - $8.50 an hour - decent for a 16 year old.

My dad works there so I thought it would be great for him to get my a job, and it was awesome during the summer.. it sucks during the school year though.

Looking for another job but it's dam.n hard @ 16, and I am quitting OLCC the second I get another job.

I hate my job but...it kinda is the best thing around pay wise for me. It sucks. I really want to do something hands on or nothing at all. Like sit around and make money doing nothing. Anyone know how to do that? Please tell me.

i'm about to start looking for internships for an electrical engineer.
>$145,000 starting salary per year //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

that's with my master's degree. there potentially alot more money, if I decide to stick with it and get my MBA as well.
Whats that involve? You happen to go to UNT?

I like my job. Soon to be bumped up[ to salary+all the commission I can stand.

but for right now il stick with my 16 bucks an hour for making/answering phones and renting equipment

I dont like or hate my job. I guess kinda in the middle thing. I am gonna have to **** it up and probably head out to kraftmaid cabientry to get a decent job. Starting pay there is 12 bucks, plus they have excellent benefits and incentives. I make 10.50 an hour right now, but I am a loss assest protection manager and it is so easy a monkey could do it. Its just my back is so screwed! I actually need surgery on it, but refuse to become a handicapper For life at such a young age. Well young to me, lol! I have a little one on the way though, so need to do something else. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
