Do you like your job/career?

Thats my understanding too. Same with remodeling, but most remodelers IMO are gangsters. Im pretty sure my friends dad is in the Triad and hes a remodeler.

Well, working in the oil industry has been a great career move for me. It's very stable, (people aren't going to just stop buying gas in my/our lifetime) and it pays well. I enjoy my job and don't dread coming to work. My company also has a lot of family oriented programs and offeres various incentives. Myself and my family are very lucky to be where we are today because of my job.

My advise is to look into it and go from there. GL

Yah... I have a bad feeling somethin I go into will be out of date in not to long, because I just know cars, at least gas running cars, will be coming to an end soon, computers are probbly gonna go for a big overhaul as well... Times are gonna be changing soon. Oh well Ill figure it out. Thanks for the info, and keep it coming guys! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I work at a hospital transporting patients. It's not a bad job, whenever I first came into it , I just wanted it for a job. I really love hanging out with the patients though and talking with them and making them have a smile ya know? Cause of course everyone there is like "chit chit a hospital I R t3h sick." so I just try and talk with them and make em feel better even if it is right before they get a CT scan and find out they have cancer =x.

i work at a bulk mail center for the post office, it's good pay but it's so **** boring. Just watching trays of letters go by over and over again fts. One job that i think would be fun is a cop, it seems pretty easy as well at least around my town. Being a cop in a major city would be a challenge though, but i believe tazering people would make it quite a fun job.

im also a senior and i work at carls jr, mos def not the best but i like all the people i work with a lot so that helps. im looking to become a male pornstar or gynecologist.
think of all the nasty taint gynecologists see.......

I plan to go to Wyotech after i grad though for custom car autobody and upolstery.

i'm about to start looking for internships for an electrical engineer.

that's with my master's degree. there potentially alot more money, if I decide to stick with it and get my MBA as well.

do you contract out labor or do it yourself?

ya, i bet you do make a killing

i worked contract labor in highschool; wow thats profitable for the owner!

we did a week long, HUGE tiling job. charged the guy $9,000 in labor, and pay out about $1500 in wages to myself and another guy. $7,500 in profit FTW!
