WOW! I didn't notice this before, but I do now.

I'm missing a total of 4 set screws from the terminals.

I guess this is CIA's stupid, immature way of saying "FVCK YOU!"

depends, some amps you just cant exactly buy anymore new.... some amps are worth being fixed, like if you found a DD Z1 for $200 for sale broken you'd be a fool not to pay to get it fixed.

beyond the point, they shouldn't send it back to him worse than how he sent it to them.

Oh and good luck finding gold plated ones that match up with the holes at home depot.

(i realize it's not a huge deal "gold plated" but i'd imagine it would lessen the resale value)

So, what have I accused them of? Notice this, CIA says they "just" got the information they needed. Then notice that the email from Treo was received on the 15th, 5 days later! Just flat out lie like that. . .

While I definetly don't defend the response that you got from them I believe the accusation they are reffering to is you claiming that they bumped other peoples repairs up before yours. That may or may not have happened, I obviously wouldn't know, but that is probably where that came from at least.

Good luck getting that thing fixed, I dunno if I like the looks of treo's personally...but they are some pretty awesome amps preformance-wise.

We'll see how good they are soon.......I sent out the package already and it should have arrived thursday but DHL messed up on their end so it delayed it a couple days.
