From Atomic. Just had an order with my local dealer. I had to wait 3 months for the AP8's to come back into stock. After my money was sent and we were told the order would ship Friday or Monday, George Wu got pissed at my dealer and threatened to take away his line. My dealer was fine with loosing the line, he just wanted the last order filled, which was mine, and he would stop all ties with them. George kept the money for over a week and then decided to state that he would fill the order with NO warranty. Bogus. We cancelled the order and got my money back.....

Thats 5hitty bro... I was always under the impression Atomic had some decent CS. Did your dealer do anything to tick him off other than check in to see when he could get what you wanted??

yeah bro thats ghey i was gonna order some 12's from a dealer near me never had any problems but then again didnt get anywhere near as far i nthe transaction as you did makes you wonder tho

They asked all their dealers to express their *******, gripes, and complaints in an email. He complained about them NEVER having anything in stock and his customers having to wait months on a product. Wu took offense

Not good business practice at all imo, didnt you make a thread not long ago about advice on whether or not to wait for the AP8's or to get something else you could get sooner? If so man that just makes it that much worse...

That sucks! My uncle has a car audio shop over here and was thinking of picking up atomic. Maybe itll be better if he doesnt.

Atomic has some of the best soft parts out there but they (George) can't get their $hit together. My buddy just sent in an APXX sub to be rebuilt and not only did it take like 2 months, they sent it back with the wrong coils in it. It seems like this is the norm when dealing with them. I think they just throw together whatever they have laying around for parts to get stuff returned back to the customer once they start complaining.

Ive had atomic. the product was shipped to me quickly and I didnt have any issues. in fact im considering running them again in my new build. the problem is that op talked to wu and not randy. dont ever talk to wu or his stupid azz wife. if he or she picks up the phone then hang up.

Why would a shop send a sub back to Atomic ( unless it was dropped), if they can't just recone an SJA built 12 spoke run of the mill driver they don't need to be running a shop
