I think there are many good and bad reviews of almost every company out there though.

OP- The owner of the shop may not have helped your situation. There may be more to the situation then you know, not that it makes what happened right at all.

I am the shop owner. I am/was the biggest fan of Atomic you could find up until this point. I put up with a lot of their crap (see posts above) and when I finally had enough and said something about it they dropped me.

If I could hire Randy Mesa today, I would. He is a decent guy. George Wu.... not so much.

I know George as well, and I'm not saying he has not done some shady things in the past. Just seems odd to me how the situation worked out in the end.

Regardless of reasons why this happened, it is very unfortunate that it happened at all.

tjamz has known me for couple years. He knows how I change systems like I change socks. He was the one that talked me into trying Atomic and then this happened. tjamz has never had anything but great things to say about Atomic. Even when I read some reviews online and mentioned the reviews about Wu, he assured me that their product was great. Then they go about screwing him over, and it just happened to be my order. Oh well, tjamz has just helped me get the new Cadence S2W8 S2's, they will be here Friday.

I've said it once and I'll say it again : Fuck Atomic. Wu can suck a dick

Ive had atomic. the product was shipped to me quickly and I didnt have any issues. in fact im considering running them again in my new build. the problem is that op talked to wu and not randy. dont ever talk to wu or his stupid azz wife. if he or she picks up the phone then hang up.

Anyone know randy's email or phone number? I need some re-cones

I wouldn't tell someone in an e-mail to call me and I would take care of them and then treat them like crap on the phone. But hey, if they don't have time for me, I don't have time for them.

what would you do if you had pro's and distributors on 15 other lines? I wouldnt talk to you if I had more important people to talk to...

Thats 5hitty bro... I was always under the impression Atomic had some decent CS. Did your dealer do anything to tick him off other than check in to see when he could get what you wanted??

Atomic has NEVER had a good rep as far as customer service went, and how people viewed the owner and one of the head cronies. Are the products good? Hell yeah. But it's always one thing or the other when it comes to how they handle themselves. I'm surprised they have lasted this long, to be honest.

its odd atomic would drop shops that want carry there products it seems to me more dealers = more money
