Here is what he put in the CACO thread. This was soon after he posted the picture of his new woofer on facebook and it blew up, and he quickly removed the post.

I have decided to put this project on hold due to the similarities some are referencing as I would rather re-tool the basket than have people offended for the wrong reasons, regardless of the fact we already spent a great sum on this design. We are still very eager to launch the line and know you all will love it when we do
It is more important for us to offer our customers unique designs and we will repost more information on this new line in a month or so once a new design is drawn up.
