Wow there are so many little kiddies on here that don't know the meaning of customer service or have never had a bad experience with returning and getting a product that's supposedly "fixed".
You never, ever act rude to a customer. That is pretty much a business standard by now. The email that iceteebone sent EA was mild, it was lame, it wasn't even close to bad. He is TOTALLY justified, in fact, the email should have been A LOT worse. 2 DOA alts and 1 that works like crap?
I know everyone of you would have been pissed for getting the run around for months.
And to the dumbass kid that said something along the lines of "only ******* use email". You dumbass, this is the 21st century. Email is an accepted form of communication. It is a standard nowadays.
A business owner calling a customer a bia is not justified, no matter what. Now that this incident has been surfaced, imagine how many future customers EA just lost. 1 inch of e-penis vs many lost customers is not worth it. Stupid stupid stupid. . .
