He never pulled BS in the first place.
Getting a brand new alt you just paid $300+ for arriving DOA is more than enough grounds to cuss the crap out of somebody, but he didn't. What makes it worse is taking YOUR time and YOUR money sending it back, only to recieve another dud.

Now, the second return yields a faulty product. After getting crapped on three times in a row, he finally sends a hardly "rude" email expressing his anger.
He sent the alts back two times too many (hopefully soon to be three). There should have never been a return in the first place. EA should have delivered him with a working alternator.
Ok, so you may argue that sometimes companies make mistakes. Well then, EA should have fixed it!! Not send back another dud. After that, you think they would have learned something and not "upgrade" him to a working, but hardly "working" alternator that iceteebone shelled his hard earned money for. I mean c'mon now, EA didn't even acknowledge the time and trouble that he had to go through testing, packing, and shipping it back. Not to mention the ADDITIONAL money required to do so.
