Do My Speakers Need an Active cross over

i am using a pair of Focal polykevlar 6" comps in front and a pair of beyma midrange speakers with matching bullet tweeters in the rear. can i put a 3-way crossover on my system. i am running a JL 12" W6 for bass. the crossfire 3- way crossover looks good. i am using a audiocontrol grphic eq already. would the 3-way crossover aid or better sound?
