Do I really need a AGM Battery

Hey guys so my trucks main battery died so Im currently running the whole truck off of my Car Audio Battery. Its a XS Power D3400. I got them right as they were coming out. Since I need a replacement I saw the D6500 is the direct replacement for my truck however they want around 300 for it when I could get a Truck battery from Sams or Walmart for around 105 granted its a wet cell.

If yall were in this situation would you invest in the AGM battery or just get the Wet Cell?
