Ok i dont like to make multi threads, i tried bumping up an older thread about dmms but couldnt get answer.

Im just trying to set my gain i used the online calc to get the correct voltage for the rms that & impendence that i would like to run. I also know that i use ac volts on dmm. However i dont know which setting to use on the ac volt side. I gives too options. It ac volts 200 or ac volts 750. I kno it isnt great but i have a ""Scosche digital multimeter TK12V"".... Also do i use a bass sweep to set the gain with dmm?????

use a tone(i use -3db@60 hz). and set it to 200vac.

Looks good and yeah i actually ordered it the same day u was talking about it. I remeber u said theres was 2 left then when i went to order they only had 1 left so i ordered it. I will be posting vids & pics of my new set up once i get my new box done.

and if you have the db drive bass knob i need it. mine came with a PA knob. it works but i dont like how big it is

because thats the only way for a dmm. im renting DGAF's o-scope to set different freqs so i dont clip. if you want give him the renting fee and ill ship it to ya when im dont if its ok with him

i use 30hz-40-50-60 all at -3db to test on an o-scope.

ok instead of making a new thread im going to try to bump this thread........ i have a question in regards to this. i have heard so many diff sides to setting amp with

dmm as far as the freq to set with goes so im still not sure. so trying to get this done right. but here is my question, if im peaking at 50hz. should i use a 50hz tone to set my amp with the dmm.....
