DMM Question

I have been searching for about 1 hr. now, and just can't find what I am looking for. I would like some suggestions for a DMM. I know good companies like Fluke and Simpson, but I would like one for under $50.

I really am not comfortable with buying things off of Ebay, so thats out. I am open to all suggestions, and keep in mind that it has to have AC voltage for setting the gains on amps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

picked that up at radio shack. very small fits in pocket. alot of features. if u ebay it u can get it for under $15
