DLS Nobelium....Anyone?

Has anyone had any hands on experience with these. I might be able to pick up a pair for relatively cheap, so I was curious if anyone had any input before I decided to go down that route. I just picked up a pair of Boston Z6's. Should I keep those or try out the Nobeliums?

It's always a tough choice, and just wanted some feedback from ya'll. They will be powered by a JL Audio 450/4

Exactly, I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to be the man though lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

It's a tough choice. I would imagine they would sound better. Because I'm going for overall sound quality.

But these are going to be located in the stock locations for awhile so I would probably have to do a lot of tuning with them.

Your system is only as good as your weakest link IMHO....remember what your speakers actually do....or don't do, and that is reproduce the sound signal. The best "SQ" drivers do this accurately and without distortion...but there are no perfect speakers out there....in fact most of that signal is lost in heat....pretty sad //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Now buck up and buy them dammit and if you don't like them I will buy them for at LEAST half of what you paid for them...I promise //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
