DIY 2-way with AA 6.5"s and RE tweets?

I have the tweets laying around from when I ran my XXX's active and I'm wondering if it might be a good match? I know the AA 6.5"s are only 35 bucks a piece so I'm figured for another 85 bucks or so I can get a 2-way setup and I have the amp to power em' so I guess I'm looking for opinion's from people who have used the AA 6.5"s.

sadly the xxx's are long gone. i got really out of audio for a long time and now i'm still not fully into it, just want something that'll sound pretty good.
