distribution vs. T block

Is there a difference between these two? Stinger makes T blocks and distribution blocks. Can you just use a T block for power and ground cables or do you need to use a distribution block for power and a T for grounding only?

Thanks for the replies. I noticed many of these distribution/T blocks vary in price from Stinger for a non fused application.

Just get the cheapest one. They all work the same
