distorted sound when rca cable goes in amp

my audiobahn 2300hct makes this distorted sound in my woofers when i plug my rca cables into the amplifier. i disconnected my amp fuse , took my ground off and clean the surface around it, reconnected my hu still the same. my only option now is that its my capacitor thats running off my amplifier thats on my mids, highs. alot of people say its my hu which didnt cause no sound when i only connected the amplifier thats on my highs and mids. when the other amp is back on and the cables are plugged in the sound starts agin.

Thats the first thing i thought when I read the title. Did this just start happening or is it a new setup? possibly faulty rcas?
