Disabling an amp crossover with no 'full' switch

I recently changed my setup so my 4 channel is bridged to send 140 watts to Hertz HSK 165s up front and left my rear fill to run off the head unit. (I know nobody hear likes rear fill but it's a crew cab truck and just doesn't feel right without it.)

Didn't occur to me that my rears would start running full range and distorting earlier than everything else due to trying to reproduce heavy bass notes. I want to disable the amp's crossover and just set the head unit's high pass at 80 HZ for all for door speakers, I just need to know how best to do it.

The amp is an EA4200 with the lowest setting on the crossover dial at 30 HZ. Only selections on the switch are high pass and low pass, no marking for 'full. Will I be doing anything wierd or unnatural to the frequency response if I just put it on the lowest setting at the amp and then turned the head unit's high pass to 80? Anybody with a similar setup of amped front comps and head unit powered rear fill, please feel free to chime in on how you cross things over so your rear coaxes don't give out before the rest of your system.
