Directed Audio 1100D for 12" Ava?

Im thinking of getting this amp from ikesound.com for about $190 shipped refurb.

It does more when what I need for the AA which is rated at about 800wRMS DVC 2ohm.

You guys think this is a good amp for the sub? The other amp that I've been looking at is the Hifonics Titan TX1000D for about $200 shipped brand new.

Thanks for the heads up, I was gonna buy that one or the Viper one too but damm i guess I might have to get the Hifonics amp.

The Hifonics will not do its rated power, they are over rated, expect more like 800w or so from that amplifier.

I would be skeptical when purchasing from Ikesound, many people who have purchased Vipers and 1100/1500d's from them have been having problems lately.

NOoooo. Boo to ikesound and their DEI. I had trouble with them when ordering my (2) DEI 4200 amps. Both were refurbies and both crapped out when I hooked it up. Send it back for store credit (less $36). Wanted dei 250d but they said they didn't haev it. Asked for PPI amp and they said sure. I want 2 weeks and they haven't said anything. Emailed them to find out they are out of stock. Chose another PPI amp. Same problem. Finally they told me the DEI 250D is available. I get it and what comes to my door? DEI 250 (older 50x2@4ohm amp). Needless to say, I will not deal with them and their refurb amps if I have to email them just to find out they're out of stock. Now why can't they email me and tell me it's out of stock instead of me finding out on my own?

Search SIN. There is a thread with ikesound/dei inputs. its' a 50/50 chance you'll get what you want.

It does., but it's fixed. It's not variable like the older stripe version.

(I regret selling my stripe for the 1100d up there)
