would you recommend this amp if someone where looking for 1000-1200wrms of solid and reliable power? will this amp acually put out 1200wrms???

not sure what that means. the directed will do what it says fairly efficiently. it's a good amp.

why does the directed amp offer CEA compliant power at a cheap price compared to say kicker...what would a kicker amp have that Directed doesnt besides it brand name?

They are alright, I had an older one that blew out on me. They do rated power though...

I have an amp to sell...

1200w of rated power for 220 shipped new (on a diff. listing) with a warranty...thats good 2 me.

Probably because it's cheaper than say an Orion 1200D or a Kicker KX1500.1? (that would be my guess anyway...)
