Okay guys, I am at a loss getting this amp to work.
It is a 5 channel amp, 4 channels are fine but the subwoofer channel is acting up.
When I try to hook up a sub, all I can here is the music very quiet through the sub. It is almost as if the cutoff frequencies are all wrong or it is not getting the right input. I can hear the vocals through my sub. The sub is connected to the right outputs, and there is a seperate electronic crossover built into the amp for the sub. If it helps here is the manual.

The amp has seperate rca inputs for the sub, or can internally use the one that feed the first 4 channels. I have tried both methods, same result. So I don't suspect the RCA's. Only possibility is that the RCA output from my iPOD is not high enough voltage (using it temporarily, headphone jack to RCA). It is measured at 1.5V so should be fine.
I have adjusted the gains, switched every frequency setting and LPF, HPF combination and still no luck. Oh, checked the fuses for continuity, and also the green power light is on, red protect light is off.
Any suggestions of things to try very much appreciated.
