dimming??? Please help me

My mazda 6 has a 120 amp stock alt and im running a JL 500/1 amp and im still seeing light dimming and voltage drops of sometimes up to 3 volts....thanks for the help

mazda electrical sucks, my lights dimmed on 400 watts, now that i am running the full 800 they basically turn on and off with the bass

my ground as in the one im using for my amp?....i cant find any better place to ground it... what should i do?

lets say i was gonna do a dedicated ground run...would i be ok with 4 awg or should i use 1/0 awg.....im using 2awg power wire i got from my local shop.....also i have a jl 500/1 so idk if 1/0 awg will fit

Use the same guage wire as your power wire you should be fine.
