Dimming headlights

Nice and mature there.

Like I said earlier, he won't be running full power. The post where I mentioned extreme amounts of power was meant to say that the power was extreme for thier electrical systems.

Yes, because it's so much more mature to make smart-*** insults //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
How do you know he won't be running full power ? It's entirely dependant on the pre-out/gain relationship ... For all you know, he might crank the gains with high-voltage pre-outs ... or he might be conservative with the gains, in which case he'll be fine, but he won't be running "extreme" amounts of power ...
Please don't start.

And if you are going to be pulling the "what if" card on me, then go ahead and edit your posts accordingly. I will help you with what posts need edited.

They aren't running the rated amount of power ...
They aren't actually running the amount of power they think they are ...

This might be a stupid question but...Ive heard that HIDs run at 35 watts (each bulb) compared to the stock 55 watt bulb on the expedition. By switching to HIDs could this make a difference with the dimming?

Look, I run a 2500D, a 551x, ps2, extra tv, and Phone charger, no dimmage (except that time the yellow top was dying, was my fault). All I did was the big 3 and added a yellow top in the trunk. Set up gains and everything properly (i think). Stock alternator is 150.
