Powering RL-p etc

I'm getting a 15" RL-p(4ohm, 2 ohm if needed... I want optimum clarity/quality.) and I'd like to give it 800-1200 watts(rms of course) for under $350.

Also, I'm going to be getting front comps and I want to power them with a 2 channel amp at atleast 75w each, hopefully 100w each.

Name off some amps for me!

Does ED still have their combo deals? Might look at a 9.1 and a 9.2

Is the $350 for both amps?
