I need to know the dimensions for a sealed box for 2-ALPINE SWR-1242D 12" subs.... I am dumb when it comes to figuring that stuff out ..i have a 1400 watt amp ...putting about 600 RMS to each sub ..so i dunno.. if anyone can figure it out and tell me the dimensions that would be awsome because i really am lost when it comes to that..thanks a lot ..

Same here, I also need the dimensions for a sealed box for my 12" Infinity Reference 1240w. It requires a internal volume of 1.25 ft³ for a sealed box, but I don't know what would be the optimal dimensions for it or what a typical dimension would be. I'm completely new to building a box and this would be my first one. Can anyone help us out? Thanks.

well read up on some boxbuilding tutorials the dimensions are completely based on the space u have, just multiply the internal dimension u would like to use (in inches) and divide by 1728 (12 inches cubed (12^3)) and that will give u cubic feet. hope it helps, and congrats to me on 300 posts!!!!!!!!!!!!!
