Goodbye!
I just purchased a DD1010 used along with a ported box and I had a question about its power handling. IIRC, it is only rated for 300 watts RMS but I was told that it can handle way more. Am I at risk if I decide to keep powering it with my Rockford Fosgate P5002 bridged @4 ohms?

Right now, I have the gain set to where the P5002 will deliver full power at volume level 26 on my Alpine CDA-9885. I rarely listen to it higher than 16 because that is plenty loud in my tiny *** Civic. I would like to think I am in a safe zone, but I may find out later that I am not:eek:
