Possibbly... Or when it was reconed the surround wasnt seated correctly and is causing it to pull to a certain direction..

It's just matt and the gain on the amp that is the problem! lol It needs to be reconed. It is straight from DD and it never had a recone! DD charges 180 bucks to recone it plus shipping.

You have to ask dd but its like $180 if you send it there but you can order a coil spider combo and a surround for like $120 and do it your self i think

180 for a composite recone. Witch includes coil,spider,and foam surround. They can reuse the composite cone and dust cap like 6-7 times. That was said straight from DD!

just keep playing sub until pressure under former escapes...unless coil is severely damaged then oh well
