digital camera problems

i have a fuji film a205 camera (hand me down from mom) well she has it for 1-2 years, works fine, no problems, etc.....I get it, take it to my dorm, put the cams pics on my computer, delete them off the camera (was full) now it says "card error" when i turn it on and it won't take pics or movies or anything.....Does anyone have any insight? thanks in advance!

I have the same problem...

Go into the camera settings and reformat the card. When you delete the card from the PC it F's up the card. You should be fine after that. If that doesnt work the card may be off center. Take the card out and reinstall until it works correctly. My Fugi is a PITA sometimes too.
