[noob with an RS 10+ year member]

hey a couple of years ago, we use to have these guys driving around in a van. they would ask people "hey you wanna check out some nice speakers?" and then they would show people some awesome-looking home theatre speakers from a company called Digital Audio. they always said that they worked for Digital Audio but Digital Audio ordered too many sets and they have extra ones to sell dirt-cheap. they showed us catalogs that said they were worth almost a grand which i highly doubt consideering they were asking like 200-300 for the set. well, they struck my mom at work and she bought the set. i have to admit i dont think they are bad at all.. i took the dual 8" woofer enclosure and two satellites to hook up to a receiver which gets its signal from my PC sound card. and it sounds cooool. my friends come over and listen to music on my computer like **** you got some loud tweets.. what im wondering is ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT DIGITAL AUDIO?

You know, i picked up a set of floorspeakers with dual 8" woofers for $200 out of the back of a van as well. I knew it was a scam, but hell, i needed some speakers, and i can't afford what i really wanted.

I don't think they are that bad actually. Pretty decent for $200 anyways.
