so would that be a big difference in the sound increase from 16 -19 watt? sorry for da newb questions but this is my first system so i dont know much.

In a "perfect" world, the difference between 16w and 24w would be ~1.75db......or slightly audible. Difference between 24w and 50w would be ~3db, more noticeable, but not necessarily a "huge" difference. Difference between 16w and 50w would be ~5db..or very noticeable, approaching twice as loud.
