Diffrence between...

two 10s and two 12s. The two 10s will be behind my seats while the two 12s were in the trunk. will there be a noticable diffence in the low end?

Tough question to answer, a ton of variables. Being 12's wil make them louder, but being in trunk will make them quieter, just to name one example.
