Difference btw 2way,3way and 4way.

So whats the difference when the speakers are 2way, 3way or 4way? Which is better and why?

Components or coaxial. In coaxial its basically more tweeters and very small drivers to make the music more clear. On compnents its drivers sized different to reproduce certian sounds better and a tweeter. A crossover comes into play with these so that the large driver reproduces midbass/bass, the next driver up reproduces mid range, and so on up to the tweeter reproducing the highs.
