Difference between dual 4 ohms and dual 2ohms

What is the difference between the two? I'm looking to buy an Orion HCCA-15, and at this store both are priced the same. Im not sure which one to get. I read that if wired in parrallel, 4ohms can be wired down to 1ohm, what about 2ohms?
