Difference Between 33 and 37 Hertz???

Will I even notice the difference between a prefab box tuned to 37 hertz and a custom box tuned to 33 hertz. Right now I have a prefab box that is 1.25^3 and tuned to 37hertz, I'm going to make my own box maybe a little bigger 1.41^3 and tuned to 33 hertz (recommended by B J Fisher) and I wanted to know what everyone thought. Am I wasting my time? This will be for a 10" Type-R.

Will I be able to notice a 4 hertz difference??? Thw whole reason for this is because my box now is deep and wide which does not fit in my trunk the way I would like it to. Now the box I am going to make is going to be 20" wide X 13" tall X 13" deep (1.41) with a port dimension of 1.5 wide X 11.5 high X 26.8 in length which turns out to be 33 hertz. Besides fitment of the box in my trunk do you think I will hear a difference in my sub becuase of the different tunning?

I would say you should notice a difference between the two in a direct comparison, although it might be small.

Hell, with my old car, i noticed a difference based on which direction my box was facing. It was a very minuscule difference, but a difference none the less.

It really depends all on the quality of the prefab. If the port is very small and causing port noise, you will easily notice a difference with a quality custom built box.
