Diff Between Kenwood DNX8120 and DDX812 + Nav Unit. (knag510)

Ok, so i have been looking at the 8120 and am fairly set on it as my next unit for my new project coming really soon. However i sit here and look at the DDX812 with adding the Navigation unit. I dont see a single thing different in the two units. The only diff would be saving a few hundred on the DDx+nav. Are there any kenwood dealers out there or people who have used both units that know of a single diff or advantage of one over the other besides the price point ?

they are the same exact headunit.. only difference is that the 8120 has navi, thats it
