ive got about 3600 watts to supply i have a yellowtop and 240 amp alt lookin to add a battery and cant decide on one,seeing if anyone has used these or any sugg. on one dont really want to spend over 250.00

Why not get an identical yellowtop for the rear? Then you can wire them in parallel. If you go with a different type then you'll have to get a battery isolator.

Two yellows are going to have trouble with the 3600W, even with that 240a alt.

Like others have said, go with the 9A31 from Deka. Best method would be to isolate the Deka in the trunk, but to each his own.

You should not use a Red in any car audio system. It voids the warranty for a reason. They cannot take the abuse. If you have a Red, make sure it is isolated by a Diode based isolator. The normal solenoid type only keeps the battery isolated when the engine is off.
