they charge when you trake money from somebody's credit card. You are not charged if the person has a checking account on file that they use. It's BS because I have to pay for something someone else doesn't have setup. It's not MY fault they are using a credit card. THEY should be charged that fee, not the reciptiant of the money.

its anytime people send you money. That transfer is charged a 3% fee.

IMO opinion it screws a seller over when they say for ex. 310 + PP fees + shipping because my first counter is going to be about 300 bucks shipped on that, so to me it would be better for the seller to just say 330 shipped or something, because i will probably counter with 315 or 320 instead. Credit card companies charge a processing fee, which can range from 2.5% to 10%. It is a part of the Credit Card company and federal rules. So **** it up and stop *****ing it isn't pay pals fault...

A local pizza chain charged me 1.50 for a delivery last night, and they snuck it under my nose.

If I buy something in a store and they use a credit card. I as the buyer would only pay $100 the store would only get $97.

This is the way that the world works, **** it up and deal with it.

Boycott Pay Pal if you want, just use money orders or whatever. But, if you want to use PP then use their rules... Or don't whatever...
