Did poor shipping ruin my sub?

I bought a older JBL 10" off ebay at a dirt cheap price. But due to poor shipping it was resting cone down during the whole trip. Now the woofer cone rests a little lower than normal. Will this fix it self or is there something i can do to fix it , or is it just screwed. It's not damaged per say but its not resting where it should any more , you can look at the spider and tell its resting slightly lower.

More then likely just been beat to hell over the years and the suspension is weak causing it to sag.

That is ok, I had a sub the other day would not read on my DMM(tried several times). I wired it up to my test bench..thing played just fine with no issues. Rechecked with DMM read 3.8. No idea how the hell that worked out, but it did.

I think it will last a little while. Plus i'm not gonna be pushing it seriously hard. Which box would make it last longer sealed or ported or would that matter?
