I have a lot on my plate guys, so someone breaking the rules and being banned, then begging to come back isn't a top priority.

Well I'm certainly not taking blame for anything on this issue. I did appoint him a moderator, but then took care of the fact when BOB didn't follow the rules. Not a fact of me being "wrong" about anything at all.
