So I asked him for the pictures he never sent to PESteele. He says:

"i have to find them after i sold the amp i didnt have any reason to keep pictures of it. This guy is a ******* i told him it worked flawlessly i didnt know he was buying it just for looks i never said it was brandnew i told him when he bought the amp it was sold as is but worked 100% wheich it did. When ever i sell something the person has always got what they paid for so i think everyone will see the truth they know im not a scammer i have always made things right where they were my fault"

I had other people that tryed buying it locally but i told them no it was already sold because i was trying to keep my end of the deal up.In my opinion when i sent it to him it was in great condition it wasnt broken or missing parts.There wasnt rust or cracked metal in my opinion it looks fine im sorry its not what he thought he ws getting but thats what i was selling and if i had the money i would just end this and take it back but im broke as a joke for one and another reason is i dont know what he could have done to it since i sold it to him he could be a retard and hook it up wrong im not taking my chances taking back a blown amp i wish there was a way to keep thing cool but this guy is a dickhead and he isnt making me wanna be very nice myself."

I asked him if it was insured, and if so, why not just file an insurance claim......we will see what he says.

i'd recommend calling the state police or the fbi. these local police here in michigan are assholes and won't care.

might also want to get the postmaster involved as well, it is considered fraud if im not mistaken. And postmasters do have some weight since they're federal.
