When i sold the amp it was on a as is and i made sure it worked before i shipped the amplifier out i think the buyer has other motives maybe he found another item he wants or he dont have money and wants a refund just to get the money back. I have no idea what his true motive is but the amp works perfect ans he got exactly what he paid for"</blockquote>
