might also want to get the postmaster involved as well, it is considered fraud if im not mistaken. And postmasters do have some weight since they're federal.

then do the mailfraud thing its your best bet dude. if not it will deff. put him under alot of bullshit that will kinda make it even if nothing does turn out the way you want it too. what a ****. this kinda makes me nervous to buy stuff on here. i have money but im still skeptical. its things like this that make me hit a low after i read so many great reviews about buyer/seller transactions.
