Diamond M3 components

Well someone offered me some diamond audio m3 5.25" components for a very low price. I was wondering if anyone has heard them because if they compare in any way to the PG RSD i am going to buy them tomorrow if not i dont want them. Also if anyone has heard of them, heard them, or bought a pair... how much did you pay i dont want to get ripped off or anything.

i used the m3 series back in 02 for about 2-3 years and gave it to my friend..

and hes still using them..pretty realiable, pushing 120x2 for them. They sound solid .. now i never listened to the PG RSD comps yet so i cant really judge how they sound. every body on this forum loves them. I would compare the diamonds to Focal Access line and MBQ Reference line if you have heard those..
