Diamond D7104???

as y'all know im trying to bi-amp my infinity perfects so since i got a little money coming in im thinking about running with diamond audio. these amps look kick a$$

anybody know anything about these amps. if i run with the D7104 i'll have to get the D7401 to power a IDMAX 12"(mix matching amps i'll try to avoid by all means)
