diamond bought out by lightning audio

so i hear some one tell me that diamond sold out to Lightning audio. Anybody know about this? If so how bad are they going to fall as quality?

i dont know that lighting audio is even around anymore... and rockford corp owns them, so i dont know that they are in a position (if they are even around) to buy anyone out...

I doubt LA would be buying anyone seeing that they're a subsidiary of Rockford. If anything, Rockford would have bought em. But I doubt it.

Ya. DEI has went down hill some, Diamond just got bought by a Lightning Audio sales rep and no telling how bad that wil end up, mmats is still good stuff, and Adire is no more and super crap. I got burned by them as well. As for Sundown, VERY reliable amps, great quality and 2 year warranty. Very good amps and you will be very happy with them.

Lightning Audio must be paying their salespeople out the arse if one of 'em had enough scratch to buy a whole 'nother company, aye?
